When will I receive my current year Tax Receipt?
Letters acknowledging your donations are sent out at the end of each month.
These letters document current amount and a combined year to date total, noted as YTD.
You will need to keep these for your records as we no longer send out annual statements.
How may I request a financial statement?
Those who partner with JHM/TMC can receive this report for free. Learn more about Partnership.
For general inquiry, the fee is $35.00. Be informed that this price is subject to change without prior notice.
Mail your request along with a check to The Moveable Church P. O. Box 964, Ava, MO 65608.
Allow 30 days for processing. We cannot accept credit/debit cards, money orders, or travelers checks.
Does JHM/TMC have a mailing list?
At this time we do not have a mailing list as such that we send out monthly mail. However, you can sign up to
receive special notifications via email or request a free subscription to The Net Magazine or Hairdo's Adventures for Kids.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Donations made from the United States of America are tax deductible. We cannot advise you regarding tax related issues;
you'll need to contact a professional tax accountant for such inquiries.
Are anonymous gifts and gifts on behalf of another person welcome?
Yes, we will take donations on behalf of others as well as unmarked donations. However, without identifiable
information to include donor's name and mailing address, the donor will not receive acknowledgement for tax purposes.
Do not send cash as we will not be held responsible should it not reach our mailbox.
Can I set up monthly donations with PayPal?
Yes, please visit the donate page. Setting this up will require an immediate donation of any amount during which time
you will establish your monthly occurrence.
How long does it take to receive my order purchased through your online store?
In most cases, we can ship your order the next day. However, we ask that you allow two weeks to receive your order. If you have not received
your order in this time, please contact us.
Can I link to your website?
We ask that you do not link to our site. This linkage requires security and legal measures that can get costly to both you and JHM/TMC.
Do you hold charitable status in other countries?
JHM / TMC is currently operating only within the United States of America.
